Senator Barau Supports Barau FC in NLO

Barau FC of Kano, a team in the Nationwide League One (NLO), has received new gear, including jerseys and boots, from Senator Barau Jibrin, the deputy president of the Senate.
Professor Muhammad Ibn Abdullahi, chief of staff to Senator Barau, unveiled the kits and gave them to the club yesterday in Kano.

The whole youth of Kano State and beyond praised the jerseys as beautiful, clever, and one-of-a-kind as Prof. Abdullahi reiterated the deputy president of the Senate’s promises to keep supporting the squad.

Ibrahim Shitu Chanji, chairman of Barau FC, stated that the team’s preparation for the upcoming season was the goal of the gesture.

He promised that the team would “make our founder and all our supporters proud” by performing well in the competition.
Matchday one of the 2023–2024 Nigeria Nationwide League One (NLO) will take place on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Dutse Stadium in Jigawa, and the club will debut their new uniforms in that match.
