Omo-Agege Says the APC Will Retake Control of Delta State in 2027

Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, who was the deputy president of the senate before him, has prophesied that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will win back control of Delta State in the next general election in 2027.

In a Saturday speech to party members in Ughelli, Ughelli south local government area, Delta State, who had gathered to welcome him back to the state after he stepped down as deputy senate president, Omo-Agege made this announcement.

He promised that the party would not suffer a recurrence of its 2023 governorship loss to the governing Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
We may have lost the 2023 general election, but I have no doubt that the APC will be in charge of Delta state in 2027, he declared.

After expressing his gratitude to the state’s voters for their support throughout his 2023 campaign, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege asked them to keep voting for the party in all upcoming elections.

He promised that Nigerians will soon see the fruits of democracy and urged the people to be patient with President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
He congratulated the people of Delta Central and Delta South for electing APC senators and asked them to keep voting for the party at the federal, state, and local levels so that it might win in any future elections.

At this moment, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege expressed his condolences to the families of the APC members who tragically lost their lives while campaigning for the general election in 2023.
