The Minister gave the squad high marks for their bravery and perseverance after they played to a scoreless tie in Pretoria on Tuesday, advancing them to the Paris Olympics on a 1-0 aggregate from the first leg.
Enoh was quite proud of the Super Falcons’ accomplishment, saying that they deserved a trip to Paris based on their performance.
We applaud the Super Falcons today for their incredible determination, which allowed them to overcome obstacles and return Nigeria to the Olympic stage. In a statement released by his South African media outlet, Diana-Mary Nsan, Enoh congratulated the team, its coaches, and players on the victory, calling it a national triumph for Nigeria.
