If elected governor on September 21, 2024, Senator Monday Okpebholo of the All Progressives Congress (APC) will provide wealth to all Edolite citizens by reiterating his commitment to creating a new Edo State.

This was Okpebholo’s declared goal when he gave food to Muslims in all three of the state’s senatorial districts so that they might celebrate Eid-el-Fitr after the fasting month of Ramadan ended

In addition to making the gift in Edo North senatorial district, the candidate for governor of Edo State made a plea to the state’s Muslim community, urging them to back his goal of creating a wealthy and new Edo State.

The gifts, which Okpebholo said were meant to help the state’s Muslim population celebrate, were an expression of his desire to promote harmony and understanding among the many different religions practiced in Edo State.

So, he pleaded with the people of Edo, regardless of their religious affiliation, to support him in his quest to become governor of the state on September 21 and bring about the New Edo he so desired.

After recognizing the importance of Eid-el-Fitr, which signifies the end of Ramadan, Senator Okpebholo called for all Edolites to come together as one family and one people in order to elect him to serve and create a more united and powerful Edo.
