Cops Save Two Lives in Lagos Amid Furious Crowd

Two individuals were rescued from an enraged mob by agents of the Lagos State Police Command’s Bode Thomas Division.

Spokesperson for the State Police Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, verified this on Wednesday through an X account post.

Hundeyin stated that the gang, along with others still on the run, enraged the crowd after robbing a woman of her pricey phone.

“At approximately 11 o’clock at night, five juveniles on a tricycle approached a woman who was on the phone, and they took her pricey phone,” he said.

People in the area began pursuing the men after she swiftly sounded the alarm. Two were captured, but three got away.

As soon as word got out, officers from Bode Thomas Division hurried to the location. Kehinde Olayinka’m’, aged 22, and Junior Olanrewaju’m’, aged 21, were rescued from an enraged mob by the time they arrived.
