Krstovic received a red card for a high challenge on Samuel Chukwueze in the last moments of the first half, putting an end to Lecce’s ambitions. After a quick counter-attack, Rafael Leao scored Milan’s third goal.
Following the victory, AC Milan maintain their lead with 68 points, while Lecce drop to 13th place with 29 points.
